What is the Emotion Code?

Our body has an amazing ability to be constantly healing itself. Sometimes it can't handle everything all at once. The Emotion Code is about emotions that have become trapped in the body when it was unable to released them all by itself.

How Can the Emotion Code Help Me?

The Emotion Code releases and erases your old trapped emotions, which means that you get more energy and generally feel better afterwards. Sometimes an improvement can be noticed directly during the session, and sometimes the body needs more time to process what happened during the session. The changes can be very subtle and noticeable only after a while, or they can be immediate. In either case, the release of the trapped emotions is permanent.

What happens in an Emotion Code session?

In an Emotion Code session, the practitioner uses muscle testing to communicate with your subconscious mind, which knows everything about you, has information about every single detail of your life. The subconscious mind is very kind and only serves up what you need to know and can cope with at any given time, for any session. You need never worry that you will be overwhelmed by what happens in a session. It is a non-intrusive, gentle way of finding and releasing old hurts, problems, and traumatic events without needing to speak about them.

What is Heart Wall ?

In Emotion Code we speak of trapped emotions. A heart wall occurs when a person feels a deep need to protect their heart from the onslaught of problematic situations and trauma in their lives. The heart wall is built up of trapped emotions, oftentimes in layers. Some people have a clear picture of what their heart wall looks like, for example, a client once said, simply, I have a heart of stone. As we worked to release this, it became obvious why this was so, and there was great relief for the client as the emotions were released.

Is Heart Wall a part of an Emotion Code session?

An Emotion Code session can very well come to include trapped heart wall emotions, which are released as they are found. That being said, it is also possible to decide to make a deeper dive to simply remove the heart wall in its entirety. This involves more than one session, so it is advisable to be prepared to book 5 sessions for this. Again, you need never worry that you will be overwhelmed by what happens in a heart wall session, even though memories can sometimes be painful. This method is non-intrusive and gentle and the release of those old hurts, problems, and traumatic events is permanent. And you don't need to speak about them.

Where do Emotion Code and Body Code come from?

The Emotion Code and Body Code are a form of energy healing that was intuited by Dr Brad Nelson, a chiropractor, in the USA. It makes use of muscle testing to communicate with the body and of magnetism to release trapped emotions which have been stored in the body and its energy system. Do Emotion Code and Body Code Work with Animals?

Emotion Code and Body Code are used very successfully on animals as well. So if your dog, cat, horse or why not your lizard is hurting or suffering in any way, you can book a session. Remember, however, that emergency situations are always urgent and should be treated by healthcare. Animals have emotions just like us and usually react very positively to receiving treatment. Keep in mind that if it does not seem to work after a treatment, it is simply a sign that more may be needed.

Do I need to do anything special after doing a session with Emotion Code or Body Code?
After an Emotion Code or Body Code session it is advisable to drink a fair amount of water to keep yourself hydrated.
It is also good to get as much rest as possible, perhaps some time alone to relax and to journal about what you are experiencing. Because these sessions are so efficient, it often happens that clients forget what the problem was to begin with and it is then difficult to see the progress one has made until much later, perhaps. So keeping a record of what you worked on and how you are feeling is not a must, but you will benefit from it.
To allow the release to happen with ease, any form of exercise will support the body.
And finally, feeling gratitude towards yourself for giving yourself the space for this work will also support the process significantly.

Body Code

What is the Body Code?

The Body Code is not only about emotions that have become trapped in the body - in fact, the Emotion Code is only a small, but very important part of the Body Code.  

The Body Code, can be likened to a library which gives access to all the information in your subconscious mind concerning all the systems associated with your body and mind, and as in Emotion Code muscle-testing is used to discover where the imbalances are that have either already showed up as symptoms or that are lurking in readiness to do so.

How Can the Body Code Help Me?

The Body Code releases and erases not only old trapped emotions, which are often a significant part of any symptoms, it also clears blocked energy found in the various systems in our very complex, miraculous bodies.

 

Sometimes an improvement can be noticed directly during the session, you may experience a sensation of heat or cold, or of tingling for example, in hands and/or feet or slight pressure over the chest or the temples. These sensations are all natural, your body's way of communicating with you that something is happening. When allowed to occur, you will find that you get more information from your subconscious mind in the form of memories or dreams, perhaps, or ideas and understanding of past situations in your life.   

At other times the body needs more time to process what happened during the session. The changes can be very subtle and noticeable only after a while, or they can be immediate. In either case, the release of the energy blockages is permanent.
